Raymond Roser is the Director and principal of Roser Lawyers.With a philosophy of being a great place to work and providing excellent legal advice and value for its clients, Roser Lawyers has quickly become a leading boutique firm servicing a wide range of clients including corporate and commercial clients, individuals and insolvency practitioners.

Dean Vosnakis – Senior Associate

With over seven years of post-admission experience, Dean practises across all Australian jurisdictions and regularly appears before the Australia Federal Courts. He acts for corporate, institutional, and insolvency clients in high-stakes disputes requiring decisive strategy and disciplined execution.Dean’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, debt recovery, bankruptcy, and insolvency. He is regularly engaged in complex recovery proceedings, contested insolvency litigation, and enforcement actions where precision, speed, and commercial acuity are critical.At Roser Lawyers he acts for some of Australia’s largest debt collection firms and leading bankruptcy trustees and liquidators, placing him at the forefront of large-scale recovery and insolvency strategy. His experience includes asset tracing, enforcement proceedings, voidable transaction claims, and risk mitigation across multi-jurisdictional matters.Dean is known for a rigorous, outcome-driven approach. His advice is direct, strategically grounded, and aligned with commercial realities, with a clear focus on achieving efficient, enforceable outcomes that protect capital, manage risk, and advance his clients’ broader strategic objectives.

Kerissa Naicker​ – Graduate-at-Law​

Kerissa is a Graduate-at-Law.She holds two degrees, a Bachelor of Arts (Commercial Law) and a Juris Doctor from Macquarie University.Prior to joining the Roser Lawyers team, Kerissa gained valuable experience in residential property and corporate and commercial law since completing her degrees. This experience accompanied by her attention to detail and communication skills, has put her in good stead to assist clients with their insolvency, bankruptcy and debt recovery matters to ensure the most successful outcome.In addition to her passion for law, Kerissa enjoys pilates and playing soccer.

Brenda Morrison – Executive Assistant

With over 20 years of experience as a Legal Executive Assistant, Brenda began working with Raymond in 2013 and supported him closely for five years. Since relocating to the UK, she has continued to work remotely, bringing both local and international Legal EA experience to the role. She holds a Personal Assistant Diploma and is well known to many of the firm’s clients as a consistent and trusted point of contact. She remains committed to delivering reliable, professional support across time zones.

Dean Smith - Paralegal

As a Paralegal with a strong background in business administration and client service, Dean supports Roser Lawyers by preparing documentation, coordinating files and conducting preliminary research while assisting with client enquiries.With a solid platform in business administration and client service, Dean brings professionalism attention to detail and a clear understanding of the importance of communication and reliable support to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.In his spare time Dean enjoys playing cricket and is chasing that elusive goal of lifting the bat and making 100. We wish Dean all the best in the endeavour. He was also the 2010 World Wakeboard Champion and in 2022 was inducted into the Australian Waterski and Wakeboard Hall of Fame.

Niaz Ahmad - Paralegal

Niaz is a Paralegal at the firm, providing support across a broad range of legal matters. He assists with drafting legal documents, conducting research, preparing correspondence, and supporting the team with the day-to-day management and progression of cases from instruction through to conclusion. With a strong attention to detail and an organised, proactive approach, Niaz helps ensure matters are handled efficiently and professionally. He is committed to delivering a high standard of client service and works collaboratively with colleagues and clients to achieve practical and effective outcomes.Niaz is studying a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and intending to commence post graduate legal studies next year. Outside of work, Niaz enjoys discovering new cuisines and exploring different culinary experiences in his spare time.

Regina Shen - Paralegal

Regina brings a wealth of experience from her previous success in credit management and debt recovery. Through her work in this field, she has developed strong skills in file management, compliance processes and client communication.Her background provides her with an understanding of financial processes, documentation, dispute resolution and regulations. Regina brings efficiency, attention to detail and a driven results orientated approach to her work to provide the best possible outcome for Roser Lawyers.She is currently studying a Bachelor of Arts (Criminology) / Bachelor of Laws and in her spare time enjoys spending time with her cat Bianca.

Alyanna Abadilla - Graduate-at-Law

Alyanna is a Graduate-at-Law who holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Wollongong. She is currently completing her Practical Legal Training with the College of Law. During her studies, Alyanna gained valuable experience working in the legal department of a finance company, where she developed a strong foundation in legal processes and commercial operations. This role strengthened her communication skills, efficiency and keen attention to detail—qualities she brings to her day-to-day work within the firm.Alyanna enjoys travelling and exploring new restaurants, embracing opportunities to experience different cultures and cuisines.
